Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days from our home-based warehouse.
Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are/may be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (may change anytime)
- Regional/Remote Areas: May take longer (shipping cost may be higher and customer will be liable for the extra charge)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Damage
We take extra care in packaging fragile items like porcelain wall art.
However, if your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess and resolve the issue in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
